Information dissymmetry exists in every link of the stock market, which is the important reason blocking the healthy development of the stock market. Information dissymmetry is mainly demonstrated in the dissymmetry in the stock issuing and listing, stock transaction, reorganization of the listing company, information confusion and policy change etc., so that establishing the supervision and management system, improving the market information announcement system, normalizing the stock issuing and listing examination system, strengthening the supervision and management and also setting up the credit system are the main methods to solve those problems.
