China's Stock Market: Flaws of Market Adjusting Mechanism and Their Fixing Strategies

我国现时股票市场调控机制的缺陷主要表现为调控的量度缺乏准确性,调控的性质缺乏市场性,调控的对策缺乏预见性,调控的艺术缺乏和谐性,调控的制度缺乏完整性,调控的方法缺乏规则性。完善我国股票市场调控机制需要从调控量度的合理性、调控性质的市场性、调控对策的预见性、调控艺术的和谐性、调控制度的完整性和调控方法的规则性等方面入手。

This study indicates that there are flaws in the adjusting mechanism of existing stock markets, which focus on the following: lack of market rules in decision, lack of long - term views in strategies, lack of flexibility in action, lack of an integrated adjusting mechanism and lack of consistent methods. Therefore, we believe that some measures should be taken in order to perfect the adjusting mechanism of our stock market.
