The Decision of IT Outsourcing in the State - owned Banks

我国金融业的逐步开放,要求我国银行科学地制定适应新形势的生存发展战略,利用外包商的资源是强化自身实力的一个重要手段。我国四大国有商业银行在信息技术外包中要考虑管理、战略、技术、经济、质量等五个因素。

After China' s entering into WTO, the state - owned banks face great challenges. At the same time outsourcing provides an important means to the reform of the banking . This article applies the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to make decision of outsourcing in the banks. The four state -owned commercial banks should take the following five factors into consideration such as management, strategy, technology, economy and quality to employ the IT outsourcing.
