摘要
产权制度模糊化,管理制度家族化,保障制度随意化是制约我国民营企业发展的一个重要瓶颈。为适应我国民营企业的发展壮大,必须对产权制度,管理制度,保障制度等企业制度创新,使发展的企业与其制度相适应。
An important obstacle to the development of chinese civil enterprises is the obscure property right system,the familistic management system and the random guarantee system.In order to develop and expand the chinese civil enterprises,we must conduct an enterprise system innovation in property right system,management system and guarantee system for the purpose of making the development of enterprises adapt to their systems.
