市场经济条件下,民办高等职业教育必须准确定位,民办的私人产品性质不可改变,但其有益外部性必然要按市场原则得到合理回报。否则将不利民办高等职业教育的成长与发展。

The private higher vocational educations must be well-defined in the market economy. The nature of private goods can not be changed and they must be rewarded. Otherwise, there are no good for their development.
