对深化高职法律专业教学改革的几点思索

Some Thoughts on Law Teaching Reform in Vocational College

高职法律教育不仅是法学理论知识的学习,更是职业技能的培训。目前,高职法律专业教学存在的问题是教材体系和内容不能完全适应高职法律专业教学的需要,教学目的不明确,教学方式传统陈旧,考核方式单一。所以要加大教学改革力度,确定清晰的人才培养目标,深化教材体系和内容的改革,针对课堂讲授法的缺点和问题改革教学方法,打破考试方式的形式主义,提高高职法律专业教师综合素质。

The goal of law teaching in vocational college is not only a studying of law knowledge but also a training of vocational skill. Today, the existing problem in vocational college is that the system and content of teaching material can抰 conform to the law teaching in vocational college completely. And the aim of teaching is not very clear and the way of teaching is out of date. To solve those problems, we should follow such steps. First, strengthen the dynamics of teaching reform; Second, deepen the system and content of the teaching material. Third, change the way of teaching and the formalism of testing. In one word, we should improve the teacher抯 quality of teaching and build a good troop.
