Beginning with literary opinions proposed by the poets who lived in t he middle and late period of Tang dynasty as well as their comments on Du’s ver sification, the author traces revitalization of ideological trend concerning rea listic literature at that time,dwells on some major poets and their poetry under the influence of Du’s poetic style,underscores their keynote in terms of objec tive reflection on society.
