摘要
通过对中石化集团存续公司资产现状的调查和描述,分析了资产处置的內、外部环境因素,提出了建立资产管理新理念的必要性,并重点对改制分流和内部市场两种资产处置方案进行了步骤设计、可行性分析和相关政策研究。在此基础上对改进资产管理体系,因地制宜、因企制宜地运用各种资产处置方法,加快资产处置进程,促进存续公司的自立生存和发展,提出了相关建议。
Through investigation and description of remained company assets in Sinopec Group, analyzed internal and external environments of Assets treatment, presented necessity to set up new concept of AM(assets management), focused on program design, feasibility analysis and study of related policies of AT( assets treatment)program, concerning system reform and distribution, combination, assets trusteeship and internal market, upon which, presented relative suggestions about improvement of AM system, utihzation of AT according to local conditions and enterprises, speeding up process of AT, promotion of existence and development of remained company by itself.
