简述质量管理体系的形成过程和发展趋势;对ISO9000与零缺陷两套管理体系进行比较和分析;论述企业在质量管理工作中如何运用ISO9000建立质量管理体系标准,并在此基础上应用零缺陷的管理思想,从而实现持续改进,使企业从优秀走向卓越。
Presented formation and development trend of quality control system; compared Zero Faulty with ISO9000; elaborated how to establish quality control system standard with ISO9000 in quality management and upon witch, applying Zero Faulty management concept for improvement and advancing better and better.
