摘要
从理论和实际的结合上论述股票期权薪酬制对现代企业重组改制中经理人员激励的问题,分析建立这一制度的客观条件和激励作用,提出了方案设计以及存在的局限性。
Through combination of theory and practice, elaborated stimulation of managers in reconstruction of modern enterprises, analyzed objective conditions and stimulating functions of establishing this system, presented project design and limitations existed.
