摘要
用日立835—50型氨基酸分析仪对苏北产薄荷的叶、茎及整株进行了游离氨基酸的分析,结果表明,薄荷中含16种氨基酸,叶、茎及整株中游离氨基酸的总含量分别为9.805%、3.995%和7.005%,其中6种为人体必需氨基酸。
The determination of free amino acids in Mentha arvensis of different part by the automatic analyzer is presented in this article. The result shows that there are 16 kinds of amino acids in Mentha arvensis. There contents in the different part of leaf、stem and Mentha arvensis are 9.805%、3.995% and 7.005%, respectively.And there are 6 kinds of human essential amino acids in Mentha arvensis.
