新形势下加强我院优秀运动队思想政治工作的思考

根据优秀运动队长期以来存在思想政治工作难做,管理不到位等现象,从笔者从事训练管理工作多年的经验出发,粗浅地谈谈新形势下怎样加强优秀运动队的思想政治工作。

As it is a long-standing problem to instruct the advanced athletes inwardly and politically, and the arrangement of the advanced sports team is dissatisfaction ,from the point of view of a training manager, the author analyzes in the new times how to improve such work in Nanjing Institute of PE.
