摘要
本文从人力因素的角度 ,对企业制度变迁的原因进行分析。人力因素经济价值的提高 ,越来越要求节约交易费用 ,因而对企业的产权模式存在选择 ;知识在诸生产要素中相对重要性的提高 ,导致了人力因素在分配制度上 ,产生了“积极货币”拥有者对利益分配的新要求 ;人力因素对企业组织制度的影响 。
This paper analyses the causes of enterprise system change in the view of human capital. To increase the value of human capital, transaction costs must be reduced, and the enterprise property rights be selected. The growing importance of knowledge among other productive factors has made the owners of 'positive money' carry on new profit distribution system. The influence of human capital on the enterprise organization system is due to the accommodation of human capital to the market.
