摘要
本文首先介绍了生态城市的基本概念和内涵 ,并对当前生态城市系统模型和指标体系相关理论进行了综述 ;然后在此基础上作者建构了一个新的生态城市系统模型 ,并详细说明了建构该模型的理论基础及其指标体系的相关运算 ;最后以南京、杭州和大连三个城市为例进行了模型的演示 ,得出了杭州生态化水平最高而南京、大连次之的结论 ,该结论与实际情况基本相符 。
This paper discusses ecological city theory development, a new system model for the assessment of ecological cities and the operation of its index system. Based on this, the author illustrates briefly the concept of an ecological city and its implications. He also gives a concise review of existing system models and index systems for ecological cities. After a final demonstration of the model, taking the three cities of Nanjing, Hangzhou and Dalian as examples, the author finds that in terms of ecology, Hangzhou is the best developed with Nanjing and Dalian falling behind (the findings correspond to generally assumed facts), which demonstrates the value of the model for the assessment and construction of ecological cities.
