农药速测卡法和气相色谱-质谱联用法分析蔬菜中有机磷农药 被引量:4

Determination of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables by Vicia faba root tips and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 使用农药速测卡法和气相色谱-质谱联用法对深圳市布吉农批市场流通的各类蔬菜进行了检测。农药速测卡法定性检测结果显示:抽检蔬菜样品669个,受有机磷农药污染蔬菜样品的污染率为6.3%,农药污染的蔬菜品种以叶菜为主。气相色谱-质谱联用法对定性检测呈阳性反应的样品进行定量分析的结果显示:农药速测卡法显色反应灵敏度与农药种类有关,检测氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯时显色反应敏度略低一些,而检测甲胺磷、氧化乐果、灭多危和甲基对硫磷时显色反应灵敏度略高。 The organophosphorus pesticides in 463 samples were determined by use of Vicia faba root tips and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. The results with vicia faba root tips for qualitative reaction showed that the rate of detection of pollution with organophosphorus pesticides is 6.3 percent, and most of vegetables with the residue of organophosphorus pesticides are leaf vegetables. The results of quantitative analysis for the samples of positive reaction by qualitative reaction with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry showed that the kinds of pesticides in vegetables decides the sensitivity of color-producing reaction with Vicia faba root tips, lower sensitivity of color-producing reaction for the cypemethrin and the fenvalerate, higher sensitivity of color-producing reaction for methamidophos, dimethoate, methomyl and parathion-methyl.
