摘要
根据编辑实践和论文投稿情况,针对学报投稿论文中存在的问题,指出在科技论文写作和投稿过程中应增强创新性意识、标准化规范化意识(包括论文写作规范、标准化,如文题、中英文、关键词、前言、正文、图表、量和单位、引文等),及知识产权意识(包括自主权、保密、著作权等),以期为科技论文写作和投稿提供借鉴。
