对警察执法与人权保护的思考

A thought on law enforcement by police and human rights protection

根据我国加入WTO以后面临的国际国内形势 ,客观分析了中国警察在人权保护领域的现状、存在的问题并提出了相应的对策 ,旨在提高中国警察的人权保护意识 。

Since entering WTO, China police have encountered a new round of challenges, as an enforcement party, it badly demands that police officers try avoiding violating human rights in the procedure of their regular law enforcement activities. On the other hand, the abuse of human rights protection may as well hinder the normal policing. This article attempt to analyze the possible problems emerging from under the above-mentioned circumstances, and comes up with a solution. It aims to help police officers carry a sense of human rights protection while on duty.
