当前我国存在的农业、农村和农民问题与城镇化滞后有着密切的关系。解决“三农”问题 ,全面建设小康社会 ,必须统筹城乡经济社会发展 ,积极推进城镇化进程。

The present problems concerning agriculture, the countryside and farmers have a close tie with the backwardness of urbanism. The way to solving these problems consists in developing urban and rural economy comprehensively and promote the process of urbanism.
