摘要
中等收入者在建设时期是促进社会稳定和发展的重要力量。社会主义的原则是“真正的理性和正义”。在建设时期实现这一原则 ,就要按照“三个代表”要求 ,扩大中等收入者比重 。
The middle-incoming people are the important force to promote the society stabilization and development in the constructional phase. The Socialistic principle is “the genuine sense and justice”. To realize the principle in the constructional phase, we should enlarge the middle-incoming people and educate them distinguishing the city and village according to “Three Represents”.
