摘要
目的 :分析评价脑梗死治疗的现状与进展 ,以供临床参考。方法 :收集近年来国内、外相关医学文献 ,对脑梗死的各种治疗方法及相关药物进行评价。结果与结论 :脑梗死是由多种致病因素引起的 ,其治疗也应遵循个体化原则 ,辨证施治 ,以期尽快恢复血流 。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the present status and progress of the treatme nt of cerebral infarction,and evaluate clinical efficiency in order to supply r eferences for the clinic. METHODS: To collect medical literatures of recent yea rs at home and abroad, in order to analyze and evaluate different kinds of trea tment and drugs for cerebral infarction. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Cerebral infarct ion is caused by multiple pathogenic factors .Its therapy should depend on indiv idualized principle, in order to recover blood flow as soon as possible and red uce brain damage.
