在使用引进的冷换设备流程模拟软件过程中,发现该软件对重质原油和高粘度油品的传热计算结果与现场数据有一定的偏差。笔者分析了造成偏差的原因,并介绍了新编的程序,该程序具有精确度高、运算速度快、使用方便等特点,并能适用于重质原油和高粘度油品换热器的工艺计算。

In the process of applying imported process simulation software, we discovered that the software cannot be suitable for calculation of heat exchanger with heavy crude oil and petroleum product with high viscosity. By compari-son with site data, it is encountered certain deviation in the calculation result. The article analyses the reasons for the deviation and introduced new revised and improved software for heat exchange.
