摘要
介绍了循环经济的基本原理和国内外进展。分析我国铝业面临的困境 ,提出建立循环经济新模式 ,以循环经济理念为指导 ,描述铝业生态系统的框架 。
The basic principle and domestic and overseas advances of circular economy are introduced. The establishment of the new model for circular economy is advanced based on the analysis of the difficulty of Chinese aluminum industry. In the guidance of the circular economy conception, the scheme of ecological system of Chinese aluminum industry and cleaner production ways for the main subsystems are described.
