摘要
提出发挥南黄海辐射沙洲最大潮汐通道优势和距长江最短路程优势,开辟拥有15万~20万吨级深水泊位的洋口港和连接南通港的人工海江运河,形成江苏最大深水港和长江出海航运新通道。对洋口港的功能和规模、人工岛—陆岸连接工程、连接陆岸岸段的围涂开发以及海江联运及人工运河也提出规划设想。
The advantages of the largest tidal channel in the radial sand ridge field of the south Yellow Sea and the shortest distance from it to the Yangtze River should be taken for the construction of the Yangkou Port with deep-water berths for 150~200 thousand ton ships and for the opening of an artificial sea-river linkup transport canal connecting with the Nantong Port, so as to form the largest deep-water port in Jiangsu Province and a new waterway for marine transportation. The project will contribute to the further openness of Jiangsu Province, development of north Jiangsu Province, and new economic leap of Nantong City.
