我国西部省区开展现代远程教育的思路和对策——以云南现代远程教育规划研究与实践为例

The Approaches to the Development of Modern Long-Distance Education in the Western Regions of China——the Example of Yunnan in Its Plan and Practice of Modern Long-Distance Education

在西部大开发进程中,大力开展现代远程教育已经成为西部省区政府、教育主管部门、学校和社会各界的共识。云南开展现代远程教育有着不断完善的基础和较好的条件,机遇与挑战同在。开展现代远程教育的思路和对策研究,对缩小东西部教育差距、地区教育差距、城乡教育差距,推动社会全面进步具有普遍意义。

In the course of the large-scale development of the western regions of China, governments . educational departments, universities, and different circles from the society of the western regions have all shared a general idea as to the promotion of long-distance education. Yunnan enjoys unique advantages in this cause. Meanwhile, challenges are on also the way. Further studies of the approaches to this practice will help to diminish the educational gaps between towns and villages and between the western and eastern regions of China, which will in turn propel the social progress.
