摘要
①目的 探讨脑梗死血清S1 0 0B浓度与平均动脉压、体温、意识等之间的关系。②方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法测定 34例脑梗死患者病后 3d时血清S1 0 0B浓度 ,评价其与当时血压、体温、意识、眼球运动、白细胞计数、血糖、脑梗死面积大小之间的关系。③结果 34例脑梗死患者中有 2 4例血清值增高 ,S1 0 0B浓度与平均动脉压、血糖无关 ,而与体温、意识、眼球有无凝视、白细胞计数及脑梗死大小有关 ,2 0例健康对照者无一例增高。④结论 血清S1 0 0B浓度增高表明缺血脑细胞严重损伤 ,其增高的程度反映病情的严重程度。
Objective To probe into the association of the concentrations of serum S100B in patients with cerebral infarction (CI) with average arterial pressure, body temprature, consciousness, and so on. Methods The concentrations of serum S100B were determined by ELISA in 34 patients with cerebral infarction and 20 health controls. Results Increased concentrations of serum S100B were correlated with body temprature, consciousness, ocular movement, leucocyte count and the sizes of CI, but not with average arterial pressure and blood suger. Conclussion Elevated concentrations of S100B indicate severe ischemic cerebral cell injury. The levels of S100B reflects the severity of CI.
