厄贝沙坦对原发性高血压患者血脂及血流动力学的影响

摘要 ①目的 探讨厄贝沙坦对原发性高血压患者血脂及血流动力学的影响。②方法 检测 42例原发性高血压患者服用厄贝沙坦 75~ 1 50mg/d治疗 8周前后血压、血脂及血流动力学参数的变化。③结果 经厄贝沙坦治疗的原发性高血压患者 ,在血压下降的同时 ,其血脂及血流动力学参数也有不同程度的降低 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。④结论 厄贝沙坦可有效降低原发性高血压患者的血压 ,并改善其血脂及血流动力学状况。 Objective To study the effects of irbesartan on blood lipids and hemodynamics in primary hypertension patients.Methods Forty-two primary hypertension patients were treated with irbesartan 75~150mg/d for 8 weeks. The blood pressures,blood lipids and hemodynamics were investingated before and after irbesartan treatmant.Results After irbesartan treatment,blood pressures were decreased,while blood lipids and hemodynamics indeces also being diminished (P<0.05 of P<0.01).Conclusions Irbesartan can effectively reduce the blood pressures of primary hypertension patients and improve the conditions of theirs blood lipids and hemoynamics indexes.
