工程爆破中防灾减灾与防护工程研究的几个主要问题

Several Main Problems Associated with Prevention and Mitigation of Disaster and Protective Engineering in Engineering Blasting

通过对防灾减灾工程与防护工程的任务、研究内容和狭义与广义上的工程爆破灾害范畴的理解,论述了工程爆破中灾害防治与安全防护研究方面已取得的主要成果;根据工程爆破的特点与爆破安全技术发展趋势,论述了工程爆破中防灾减灾工程与防护工程应重点研究的几个主要课题以及解决这些课题的研究方法与思路。

The main achievements are summarized of engineering blasting in prevention and mitigation of disaster and protective engineering, whose tasks and research contents are discussed as well as the specific and general categories of disasters caused by engineering blasting. On the basis of the feature of engineering blasting and development trend of safe blasting technique, some main problems are raised of disaster prevention and mitigation in engineering blasting, which should be thoroughly studied. The practical approach to solution of these problems is outlined in this paper, which provides guidance on safety evaluation and implementation in engineering blasting, improvement of safe blasting technique and evaluation of protection measures. It is of practical interest to professionals in engineering blasting in selecting their study areas and enhancing the level of safe engineering blasting technique.
