摘要
采用矢量有限元方法(edge-basedFEM)与完全匹配层(PML)吸收边界条件相结合,分析背腔式微带天线的电磁辐射特性。建立了该混合方法的理论模型。通过将其应用于有可比数据的微带贴片天线的方向图计算,验证了该方法的正确性。在此基础上,给出了具有分层介质基片结构的背腔式微带天线和背腔式分形微带天线的方向图计算曲线。理论分析和计算结果显示,相对于分析同类问题的其它方法,该混合方法具有节省计算机内存和计算精度高等优点。
A hybrid technique-FEM/PML is introduced for the evaluation of electromagnetic radiation by microstrip patch antennas residing in a cavity. A set of numerical results is presented, demonstrating the accuracy of the technique. As practical uses of the hybrid technique, a number of numerical results are then presented for some microstrip antennas with layered substrate and fractal structures. It is shown that the hybrid technique has some advantages in saving computer memory units and in accuracy.
