摘要
目的 :探讨椎—基底动脉供血不足 (VBI)患者的经颅多普勒血流分析 (TCD)特点。方法 :应用TCD对 2 86例患者进行脑血管血流测定 ,并与正常组进行对照比较分析。结果 :TCD总异常率 88 4 6 % (发作期 96 15 % ,缓解期 84 0 4 % ) ,发作期异常率显著高于缓解期 ,总异常率及发作期异常率无显著差异。结论 :认为TCD反映VBI的循环变化 。
Objective:To explore the transcranial doppler (TCD) characteristic of vertebrobasilar blood insufficiency (VBI) Methods:Transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasonography was performed on 286 patients and control subjects to detect the velocity of cerebral blood flow.Results:Total abnormal rate of TCD was 88 46% attack period 96 15%,silent period 84 04%.Abnormal rate of TCD in attack period was significantly higher than that in silent period .Total abnormal rate and the abnormal rate of attack period have no statistical significance.Conclusion:TCD can reflect changes of the circulation of vertebrobasilar blood insufficiency and is valuable for diagnosis and clinical cure of vertebrobasilar blood insufficiency.
