摘要
目的 :探讨甲状腺乳头状癌的临床病理特征 ,对其病理诊断、病理组织学分型和鉴别诊断进行讨论。方法 :对 2 4例甲状腺乳头状癌的活检标本进行病理组织学观察与分析。结果与结论 :甲状腺乳头状癌组织学形态复杂 ,依据主要诊断要点、鉴别诊断及组织学分型 ,做出正确的病理诊断 ,对估计预后有帮助。
Objective:To study the clinicopathologic features ,pathologic diasnosis,histopathological typing and differential diagnosis of papillary throid carcinoma (PTC). Methods:The 24 biospy PTC specimens were observed and analyzed histopathologically.Results and Conclusion:The PTC cells are varied in histomorphology Accurate diagnosis based on key diagnosis,differential diagnosis and histologic typing is helpful for estimating prognosis.
