坚固内固定术在颌面骨多发性骨折治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Strengthening Internal Fixation in Compound Fracture of Facial Bone

目的 :评价坚固内固定术在治疗颌面骨多发性骨折的临床应用效果 ;方法 :用多系统的坚固内固定材料治疗颌面骨复杂性骨折 5 6例进行临床疗效观察 ;结果 :骨折断端复位良好 ,固位可靠 ,咬合关系及张口度恢复正常 ;结论 :坚固内固定术治疗颌面骨骨折操作直接 ,复位、固定安全可靠 ,优于传统的治疗方法、无需传统的颌间牵引固定 ,减轻了患者的痛苦 。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of strengthening internal fixation on compound fracture of facial bone.Methods:Multisystematic materials of strengthening internal fixation were used to compound fracture of facial bones in 56 cases,then efficacy was analyzed Results:The reduction and fixation of fracture were improved.The level of occlusion and mouth-opening recovered.Conclusion:The therapy of strengthening internal fixation is direct,safe,superior to traditional treatment of traction of facial bone.It can relieve the patient's pain and shorten course of treatment.
