胰岛素泵在糖尿病围手术期的临床应用

The Clinic Application of The INS-pump in Diabetic Patients During Perioperation

目的 :探讨胰岛素泵在糖尿病围手术期调整血糖的作用和优势。方法 :15例糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵采取基础量和追加量两种速度适量地释放胰岛素。结果 :15例患者血糖控制满意 ,切口全部甲级愈合。结论 :激光胰岛素泵使患者血糖调整迅速 ,尤其在糖尿病围手术期使用方便 ,安全有效。

Objective:To study the effect and advantage of the NIS-pump on controling blood glucose in diabetic patients during perioperation.Methods:In 15 cases,we used the INS-pump to properly release insulin in two different quantities:The base quantity and the additional quantity.Results:The blood glucose was well controled in 15 cases.All patients' surgical wounds healed well.conclusion:The INS-pump can control the blood glucose quickly.It is proued to be convenient,safe and effective especially in diabetic patients during perioperation.
