呼和浩特市社区居民高血压状况调查及影响因素

The Prevalence of Factors of Hypertension in Commuity of Huhhot

目的 :了解呼和浩特市社区居民高血压患病情况及危险因素。方法 :采取多阶段分层抽样 ,封闭式综合问卷式调查的方法。结果 :高血压患病率 31 17% ,标化率 2 2 0 7% ;35岁以后高血压患病率随年龄增长 ,6 5岁以后达最高峰 6 0 75 %。结论 :年龄增大、体质指数增加、遗传史。

Objective:To find out the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension among the resident in tommunity of Huhhot.Methods:Through multistage stratified random sampling,the residents were inuestigated with amprehensiue questionaries.Results:The morbility rate of hypertension was 31 17%,the standardized incidence rato of hypertension was 22 07%.The morbility rate of bypertension was increased with the age ,special older than 65 years,which has a peak incidence rate of 60 75%.Conclusion:The increase of the age ,health index,genetic history,alcohol drinking,smoking and many other risk factor are the basic reasons for the increasing of the morbility rato of bypertension.
