摘要
从差异化角度提出带有质量参数和消费者对产品质量偏好参数的产品需求函数,分析了产品互补企业通过兼并提高互补产品组合质量激发市场需求来提高企业利润的兼并动因.分析和结论可以较好地解释当今兼并浪潮中的产品互补企业的兼并.
This paper introduces a demand function with quality parameter and consumer's quality preference parameter from the point of product differentiation, and analyses the causes that the merger of firms of complementary products can improve the quality of the composite of complementary products.It also analyses the incentives of merging firms with complementary products and the market changes after the merger. A conclusion is drawn that under certain quality condition, firms with complementary products have the incentive to merge, which can explain mergers of firms of complementary products in nowadays merging wave.
