卡维地洛对中国高血压病人的疗效及安全性观察

The Effect and Safety of Carvedilol in Chinese Hypertension Patients

目的 :评价卡维地洛对中国高血压病人的降压疗效及安全性。方法 :按照 1999年WHO高血压的诊断标准 ,将 6 2例门诊高血压病人随机分为A组 (卡维地洛组 ) 4 2例 ,B组 (比索洛尔组 ) 2 0例 ,服用安慰剂 2周后进行药物治疗 8周 ,治疗前后测定血压、生化、血脂、血常规。结果 :治疗后血压A组SBP下降 18mmHg ,DBP下降 13.3mmHg ;B组SBP下降 2 4 .5mmHg ,DBP下降 2 0 .3mmHg ,两组间血压下降无显著差异。并且卡维地洛组在降低低密度脂蛋白方面优于比索洛尔组。结论 :卡维地洛对中国轻、中型高血压病人使用可达到全日有效的降压效果 。

Objective: To assess the antihypertension effect and safety of Carvedilol in Chinese patients. Methods:According to the diagnostic criterion of hypertension in 1999,62 outpatients with essential hypertension were enrolled into this study,and divided into two groups:group A(42 cases were given Carvedilol) and group B(20cases were given Bisoprolol).After 2 weeks of placebo, all patients had taken above drugs for 8 weeks .all patients were performed laboratory test and clinical blood pressure at the beginning and the end of treatment.Results: There were no difference in antihypertensive effect between the two group: in group A the SBP was lowered 18mmHg, DBP was lowered 13.3mmHg, in group B SBP was lowered 24.5mmHg,DBP was lowered 20.3mmHg, meanwhile the influence of lipid of serum A group is better than B group. Conclusion:Carvedilol is effective and safety to Chinese hypertension patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.
