应力流驱动的结构拓扑优化

摘要 以应力流作为结构优化的控制函数,通过建立以图形和有限元网格模型相对应的结构描述,采用删除低应力区域结构的自适应方式,实现结构的拓扑变化和几何模型生成,所提方法具有扩展性和应用价值,完成结构形式遍历,为结构优化设计作有益的尝试。 The stress flows in the structure are used as a function of shape and size control, with the help of the structure express for correspondent graphics and finite element models. The process of taking stress flow to control structural modification is the one of self-adaptions of structural material to bearing uniform stress. It takes the least structural weight as a objective, modifies a model' s geometrical information, such as thickness of plate element and section size of beam element, and the model's topological information, the linking relations among elements. This is easy to carry out structural sharp modification. The method shows how to delete the domains in lower stress and to generate a series of topological structures. It is a good sample in the optimal design.
