摘要
提出一种新型高精度二维水平仪,其核心部件二维水平传感器采用了新设计的十字形弹性簧片结构。该水平仪的测量范围分为±3°20′和±200″;输出非线性度小于0.5％;Ⅱ档分辨率为0.2″;时间响应为1s。该水平仪还可通过JR-4型接口。
A two-dimensional high precision levelmeter is discussed. The core part of the instrument is a two-dimensional horizontal sensor designed by the new form of crisscross elastic reed. Two models of the measure range are provided as follows: - 3°20′to + 3°20′and-200″ to 200″. The nonlinear output is less than 0.5%. The resolution ratio of the second model is 0. 2″and the response time is 1 s. The levelmeter can be automatically operated by connecting the interface JR - 4 to the computer.
