摘要
船舶项目评价是一个多目标评价问题。文章用层次分析法确定船舶评价指标的权重,用灰色关联度评价方法对运输船舶的性能进行了综合评价。实证分析显示,层次分析法和灰色关联度评价法各具优点,这种评价方法是一种有效的综合评价方法。
It is a multi-object decision problem to appraise the performance of ship projects. In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the appraisal indexes weights and the gray relevancy evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of ships. The result shows that the method is an efficient comprehensive appraisal method.
