By deep and detailed investigation, this paper discusses the Demand Analysis、Concept Structure Design and Logical Structure Design of the MIS for the two specialties known as Economy and Train Operation, which are engaged in the earlier stage work of railway engineering design. It strides a strong step towards the final accomplishment of the MIS for two specialties.
