摘要
采用溶液聚合工艺,以未经硫化的顺丁橡胶为高分子骨架接枝交联形成1,4-聚丁二烯凝胶。通过简单易行的可逆染色法研究了溶质在该凝胶溶胀态下的扩散行为,结果表明,一级动力学方程很好地描述了溶质在该凝胶溶胀态下的扩散行为。并根据溶质扩散动力学参数,如表观速率常数(K_a)、表观扩散系数(D_a)以及半扩散时间(t_(1/2))的区别,反映出凝胶网络结构特征。
Poly (cis-1, 4 butadiene) gels were prepared by the cross-linking polymerization of 4-tert-butadiene (tBS) and divinylbenzene (DVB) onto unvulcanized butadiene rubber in the solution process using BPO as an initiator. The solute diffusion behaviors in swollen networks of gels were also investigated by a simple and easy reverse-dyeing method. It was indicated that the first-order kinetic equations describe the solute diffusion in swollen networks of gels quite well. The difference in the network structure could be characterized by the kinetic parameters such as the apparent diffusion kinetic constant (Ka) , the coefficient of diffusion (Da) and half-diffusion value (t1/2).
