摘要
通过蓄热器容积校核计算方法与锅炉房负荷最优分配模型的结合,建立了带有蓄热器的工业锅炉房负荷曲线最优分段模型;应用最小平方趋势剔除法,建立了分段方案的预测模型。这些模型的组合,构成了带有蓄热器的工业锅炉房最优运行模式的数学模型。实例计算结果表明其精度足够,能满足锅炉房实际运行控制要求。
A model of optimal segmentation of load curves for industrial boiler plants equipped with thermal storage (TES) is built in the paper by the check computation with repeatedly calling the model block of optimal load assignment for boiler plants; in the meantime a forecasting model of load curve segmentation together with load levels of various segments is formed using the method of least square trend rejection. The combination of both the models constitutes the model of optimal operation of industrial boiler plants with TES. Computation examples prove the solutions of the model to be accurate enough, which meets the boiler plant practice.
