癸烯醛催化加氢制备异癸醇催化剂及工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 制备了用于烯醛液相加氢的NiO/Al2O3催化剂,并应用XRD、TPR等方法对催化剂进行表征。利用微型固定 床反应装置对戊醛缩合产物癸烯醛进行加氢实验。实验结果表明,在2.0~5.0 MPa、383~423 K、液态体积空速0.5 ~2.5 h-1的条件下,癸烯醛转化率最高可达99%,异癸醇选择性约为95%。 NiO/Al2O3 catalyst for hydrogenation of decenal was prepared and characterized by XRD and TPR. Catalytic hydrogenation of decenal was carried out in a fixed - bed reactor. Conversion of decylenaldehyde mixture was more than 99 % and selectivity of decyl alcohol was about 94 % under reaction condition of 1.0 -5.0 MPa,383-423 K and 0.5-2.5h
