摘要
通过机理分析,在存在气相死体积的2 L高压釜中对乙烯基降冰片烯的合成工艺进行了系统的序列实验研 究。通过层次递进的初步探索性实验、均匀设计实验和单因素考察实验逐步优化了合成工艺,同时对双环戊二烯解聚 和环戊二烯与丁二烯的Diels-Alder反应的机理进行了深入地分析。
5 - vinyl - 2 - norbornene( VNB) is the intermediate of the third monomer (ethylidenenorbornene, ENB) of EPDM, it is typically synthesized through Diels - Alder addition. The synthesis process was systematically studied through sequential experimentation in a 2 L batch reactor with some dead gas space. Experiments, including preliminary experiments, uniformly designed experiments, and those of various levels and factors, were conducted in the way that subsequent experiments were designed on the basis of previous experiments.Optimum results were consequently obtained with in- depth analysis of reaction mechanism,and were compared with other resources. Furthermore,suggestions were given for the further studies on syntheses of VNB,which focused on how to restrain the undesirable polymerization of vapor phase BD and enhance addition selectivity by the eradication of the possible dead gas space in the addition reactor.
