摘要
以自制的P-Mo-V三元杂多酸为反应物,采用复分解反应合成了杂多季铵盐,并用FTIR和XRD对其进行了表征,证明杂多阴离子的Keggin结构没有损坏并与季铵离子成功化合。以合成的杂多季铵盐为催化剂,相转移催化氧化n-十八醇制备十八酸,在最佳反应条件下,十八酸的收率可达到45.3%。通过气相色谱和13C核磁共振谱分析,对目标产物进行了确证。
Heteropoly quaternary ammonium was synthesized by P - Mo - V heteropoly acid with tetrabutyl ammonium bromide,and was then characterized by FTIR and XRD. Results showed the Keggin structure of heteropoly anion had not collapsed and had combined with quaternary ammonium. 1 - Octadecanol was oxidized to stearic acid with this phase transfer catalysts. Yield of stearic acid could reach 45.3% under the optimized conditions. The product was confirmed by GC analysis and 13C - NMR.
