摘要
本实验研究了体外发酵条件下,不同稀释率(DR)对牛瘤胃纤毛虫总数及6个属纤毛虫数量的影响。实验以牛体内DR为基准,体外稀释率设为17.76%/h、11.84%/h和5.92%/h,分别是牛体内DR的1.5倍、1.0倍及0.5倍。结果表明,体外DR为5.92%/h时,纤毛虫总数在采样期内最高,与17.76%/h组差异显著(p<0.05),但与11.84%/h组差异不显著p>0.05)。内毛属的数量也是DR为5.92%/h时最高。采样期内,5.92%/h时纤毛虫总数及内毛属的动态变化较其它两组更平稳,波动较小,差异不显著(p>0.05)。
A rumen simulation instrument was used to study the effects of different dilution rate (DR)on the protozoa population . The DR which was based on the rumen DR (11.84%/h) of cattle used in this experiment were 17.76 %/h, 11.84%/h and 5.92%/h respectively. Results showed that the protozoa population at 5.92%/h DR was significantly higher than 17.76%/h DR. At the same time, the change of the population of protozoa (at 5.92%/h) was steady in the test period.
