钾离子通道分类标准化的建议及在科研与临床中的意义 被引量:3

摘要 在离子通道中,K+通道是最庞大的家族,此离子通道分类之复杂,给临床、科研及读者造成诸多不便。其原因为分类依据不同、生物种类差异、新型与传统K+通道新特征的不断发现。不同生物种类K+通道的基本分子结构为4个亚单位、6个跨膜段、1或2个功能区。综合、分析文献,建议将K+通道分为电压-门控型(Kv)、Ca2+激活型(Kca)、内向整流型(Kir)和双P区型4大类。文中阐述了4大类K+通道在临床疾病、组织与器管缺血缺氧保护、吸入与静脉全麻药及局麻药作用机制和不良反应中的意义。
