Study on dissolving behavior of silver glycyrrhetate in different solvents and quantitative determination of silver by potentiometric titration

研究了甘草酸银在乙醇、乙醚、丙酮、三氯甲烷、磷酸三丁酯,H2O、HCl、HNO3、H2SO4、氨水、NaOH、Na2CO3等溶剂中的溶解行为,建立了在氨性介质中直接用碘化钾电位滴定测定甘草酸银中银含量的方法。该方法已用于过程控制分析。

In the present study,the dissoloing behavior of silver glycyrrhetate in different solvents (ethanol,ether,acetone,chloroform,tributyl phosphate,H2O,HNO3,NH3·H2O,NaOH and Na2CO3) was investigated. A method for the determination of silver content of silver glycyrrhetate in NH3·H2O medium by potentiometric titration was developed. The method was applied to the process analysis of silver glycyrrhetate.
