虚拟企业文化创新的系统分析
摘要
本文依据虚拟企业组织及行为特征,从系统分析角度构建了虚拟企业文化创新闭环系统,分析了虚拟企业文化柔性管理模式,并以案例讨论了虚拟企业进行文化创新获得成功的原因。
