Appraisal and Analysis of Social Security System under Putin

普京执政以后,加大了改革的力度,经济形势有所好转,基本解决了拖欠养老金和工资的问题,居民的生活水平有所提高。但考虑到俄罗斯社会内部种种复杂因素,以及目前尚无比较成熟的转型国家的经验可供借鉴,俄罗斯社会保障制度的改革将是一个长期的、艰难的和渐进的过程。

At the helm of state, Vlatimir Putin intensified the reform and the economic situation improved. Procrastination in pension and wages payment was basically settled and residents' living standards enhanced. But considering the various internal complicated factors in Russian society and the lack of experience to be drawn from mature transitional countries, the reform of Russian social security system will be a long, difficult and progressive process.
