涂层、镀层的无损测量方法和测厚仪

摘要 近年来覆层的磁性测量及涡流测量技术日益进步,测厚仪向微型、智能、多功能、高精度发展,测量的分辨率已达0.1μm,精度达1%,而且适应范围广,量程宽。叙述了磁吸力测厚仪、磁感应测厚仪和电涡流测厚仪原理。说明了影响测量值的因素。 Recently,great progress has been made inmagnetic and eddy current measuring tech-nology for compound layers.The thicknessgauge has been becoming more compact,intelligent,multifunetional and highly pre-cise.The resolutionis up to 0.1 mieron and cise.The resolution is up to 0.1 micron andprecision to 1%.The gauge has wide measuring ranges and broad applications.The principles of magnetic force gauge,magnetic induction gauge and electric turbu-lence measuring have been described.Thefactors affecting the test results were alsogiven.
